MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Seelbach Cocktail:  pour 1 oz. Rye and 1/2 oz. Cointreau, with 7 dashes each of Angostura and orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.  Garnish with an orange twist that you have rubbed around the flute's rim.
