Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (sometimes Thursday, as this week), the Jazz Gallery is putting on early evening remote sessions where jazz musicians play and chat with the audience (limited to 10 people per show).  This evening it's drummer Dan Weiss, who hit big with his jazz/metal fusion band Starebaby.  Let's see what he does by himself.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:   B.A.F. stands for Bitter As Fuck — and you'd better believe it.  Pour 1 oz. Scotch, 1 oz. Oloroso Sherry, and 1/2 oz. each of Aperol and Amaro (Gran Classico Bitter by preference) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Strain into a double rocks glass.  Squeeze a lemon peel into it, then discard (do NOT use as a garnish).
